During my time with Kixeye I got to experience the excitement of working on a Live-Ops game. The strategy/RTS genre was one of my weakest in terms of familiarity  but to my surprise I was able to jump right in and apply my knowledge of game design to the targets easily. I learnt a lot working with a live-ops product crew, about working with stats and analytics from previous events and tuning the content to help keep players engaged and still surprise them every now and then.
